About Me
Hello, my name is Kristin Runck. I am a highly motivated Doula and Postpartum care provider that is eager to help you through this amazing life changing event. I am a mother of two awesome children and married for over twenty years to my wonderful husband. Some of my hobbies include reading, hiking, traveling, and spending time with my family.
I have always had a passion to be a Doula since I had my first child. From then on, I started helping new moms down this journey whenever I could. Last year, I finally decided to get certified and make this my career. Through out this journey I will be here to help you every step of the way.

I have been counseling women in labor, postpartum care, and beyond for over 15 years. I received my official certification from ProDoula in 2020.
Services
Birth Doula
I am here to assist you and your family before and during childbirth. Non-medical emotional and physical support during the pregnancy and birthing process will help you and your partner during this time.
Postpartum Doula
As your postpartum doula, I will assist with emotional and physical recovery from childbirth. Postpartum care isn't just for your newborn child, it is also to assist with the parent, in adjusting to their new role.
Lactation Support
New and seasoned parents on this journey can benefit from feeding support. I am happy to assist you in adjusting to feeding your newborn.

I’m so glad I found Kristin when I was pregnant with our third child. She helped tremendously as our postpartum doula by helping with laundry, dishes, an extra hand with our older children, holding the baby so I could take a shower/nap, and reminding me to cover my basics like getting enough water and snacks. This was by far the best postpartum experience I’ve had so far. Wish I would’ve had Kristin after my first two children were born!
